We define the challenge, build the first technical approach, evaluate feasibility, develop prototypes, collect feedback and refine the concept until it becomes clearer, stronger and more realistic. In practice this means mechanical concept development, prototype strategy, materials and process evaluation, design improvement, functional testing and preparation for industrial implementation.
Our areas of interest include coffee machine innovation, mechanical subsystems, inspection-related concepts, advanced prototypes and technical applications requiring original development logic. A structured development path reduces uncertainty, improves decision-making and helps industrial partners understand earlier whether an idea deserves further investment.
During the early development of aesthetic frames and flat cover components for professional coffee machines, we evaluated 3D printing as a prototyping solution. The test provided useful feedback, but for flat aesthetic parts it showed limitations in surface quality, dimensional stability, edge definition and final visual appearance.
Based on that evidence, we moved to CNC machining from solid material: better control of geometry, flatness, edge quality and finishing, making the prototype much closer to the intended industrial product. This is our practical engineering method — test different technologies, evaluate their limits, select the process that best matches the functional and aesthetic requirements of the final component.

Industrial innovation often begins before a complete product exists. One of our recent innovation programs started from a technical intuition with strong application potential — not from a finished machine. The challenge was to transform that intuition into a coherent development path: clear enough to be protected, realistic enough to be developed and flexible enough to support future industrial partnerships.
We structured the concept around three priorities: protection of the core idea through an appropriate intellectual property strategy; development-oriented thinking, treating the patent not as an endpoint but as a framework for further R&D, prototyping and validation; and controlled disclosure, with technical details reserved for NDA-based discussions. The outcome is a patent-backed development platform prepared for co-development, technical validation, licensing discussions or investment-supported maturation.
