Why WeMech

We are valuable when a coffee-machine project cannot be approached as a simple drawing-to-part exercise.

We contribute when the challenge involves development choices, geometry refinement, process selection, finishing strategy or confidentiality around a new idea. Where required, discussions can begin under NDA: we are used to handling sensitive technical information with discretion.

From prototype to production

We help move from idea to part, and from part to manufacturable solution. This includes concept review, prototype support, technical discussion and production-oriented evaluation.

For visible and aesthetic components, our prototypes are CNC-machined from solid material: this allows the customer to validate geometry, fit and perceived quality without investing in injection moulding tools at the prototype stage. Components can then be supplied as pre-series parts or customized production batches, with dimensional checks and material traceability according to customer requirements.

Food-contact and sensitive applications

Where required, we work with strong attention to component cleanliness, treatment quality, dimensional control and suitable handling of sensitive parts, with dedicated documentation and MOCA declaration of conformity.

Each production batch can be managed through a controlled workflow including ultrasonic washing, 90 °C hot-air drying and packaging in a clean area. Batches are identified through a label and QR code giving access to part number, production lot, inspection status and related documentation — an approach aligned with the Digital Product Passport concept.

CNC-machined AISI 316 components for water and steam circuits

Precision cylindrical and tubular parts in AISI 316 stainless steel for water, hot-water and steam circuits: special fittings, threaded sleeves, machined connectors, flow chambers and custom stainless-steel components. CNC machining ensures accurate internal and external threads, coupling seats, controlled wall thicknesses and reliable surface finishes in environments exposed to humidity, temperature variations and frequent cleaning cycles.

Coffee bean hopper — hybrid manufacturing solution

A custom coffee bean hopper produced with the most suitable technology for each functional area: the transparent container is vacuum-formed with CNC finishing, while the sliding and mechanical interface components are CNC-milled. The result is a lightweight, functional and cost-effective assembly combining transparency, dimensional control and mechanical reliability.

Aesthetic and functional covers and frames for professional coffee machines, CNC-machined from flat sheet material with precise cut-outs, ventilation slots and assembly interfaces, finished with a high-gloss black surface for visible external panels. Surface appearance is not assessed only visually: glossmeter checks support objective control of gloss level and production consistency.

Custom CNC-turned aluminium knobs and precision connectors

Small custom metal and plastic components combining CNC turning, threading and knurling in a single precision workflow: adjustment knobs, threaded connectors, service fittings and removable interfaces where compact dimensions, accurate coupling and reliable manual handling are required.
