WeMech combines development thinking with practical execution resources, helping industrial partners bridge the gap between concept, prototype and production-ready solution — from one-off prototypes to contract manufacturing of customized production batches.
We support projects with technical reasoning focused on function, manufacturability, process choice and industrial coherence — from concept review to design-for-manufacturing decisions. On that basis we develop prototypes and early-stage components to verify design intent, technical feasibility, assembly logic and practical performance.
For visible and aesthetic parts, prototypes are CNC-machined from solid material to bring them as close as possible to the intended industrial product, so geometry, fit and perceived quality can be validated before any tooling investment.
Our CNC machining services cover CNC milling, CNC turning, threading, knurling and wire EDM, on materials including AISI 316 stainless steel, aluminium and engineering plastics. Where useful, machining is combined with complementary processes such as vacuum forming with CNC finishing.
Components range from small turned parts to large machined covers and structural panels, supplied as prototypes, pre-series parts or customized production batches under a contract manufacturing model.
Dimensional control and practical verification are part of the development logic, especially when tolerances, interfaces and repeatability matter: controls include dimensional checks, optical inspection and — for visible high-gloss parts — objective glossmeter measurement of surface quality.
For selected applications we also support the handling and preparation of components requiring greater attention — ultrasonic washing, 90 °C hot-air drying, clean-area packaging and batch traceability with documentation. More on our Traceability & DPP approach.
